A new Queen has arrived....Celebrate...Just a few hours ago Prince William and Catherine Middleton tied the knot, a Royal Wedding of a fairy tale coming to life.For many months now we the public have been awaiting this day. The pomp and circumstance was spectacular, a procession of finest fashions,and sounds of bells horns and choirs and a dramatic backdrop, the cathedral, West Minster Abby. It truly was a spectacle that will be a favorite for yeas to come.

A Beautiful Bride


Catherine Middleton, arrived gracefully arrived in a car and left the Cathedral in a carriage with a Prince.Her gown finally revealed,designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen. The wedding gown combined  tradition with modernity.Just think of the yards and yards of ivory and white satin Gazer, a 6 foot train to follow, and a veil held in place by a Cartier "halo"tiara. A dream come true for any princess.
This is a new beginning for Catherine, she is the next fashion icon.Her influence, personal style, will be followed and copied by those that want and believe to be just like her.Hairdressers get ready, Brunette will become the hair color of choice.

Alexander McQueen Fall 2011

 Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen, was the designer of choice.The impeccable detailing and fine craftsmanship led Catherine to choose this designer.The gown echoed the beauty of a opening flower, with white satin gazer arches and pleats. "The ivory satin bodice,which was narrowed at the waist and padded at the hips,draws on the Victorian tradition of corsetrry and is Hallmark of the Alexander McQueen's Designs" said the official royal wedding website.

Gravity Defying Hats

Hats were the accessory of choice by many. It is said that to attend the wedding service, hats were to be worn. The parade of hats could have been a show in itself. From the gravity defying to the top hat, both men and women found a way to truly express themselves during this lifetime event.









Its a new day, the introduction of the "New Royalty", the beginning of new traditions...out with the "old school" mentality and in with a "new school" approach to every day life. The options are limitless...
