Any drink that has Bourbon in it makes me think of the South. They love their Bourbon in the South. This is a perfect cocktail after a long drawn out Monday. I hope you like It.
4-5 ice cubes
1 part pineapple
1 part dry vermouth
3 parts Bourbon or Whiskey
Put the ice cubes into a mixing glass. Pour the pineapple juice, vermouth, and whiskey over the ice. Stir vigorously until nearly frothy, them strain a into a chilled cocktail glass. decorate with cocktail umbrella and a straw if you like. What the heck make it a double.
