Fritata mmmmm

YourGayHusband Tip of the Day :
Share a great breakfast with someone you love.
Sometimes there is nothing better than a Fritata. Here is an aspargus, potato, bacon and parmisan chesse Fritata and how I made it. This will serve 2-3 people.

4 eggs
1 tbsp water mix into eggs
2 tbsp parm cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 med size potato
15 or so pieces of asparagus
4 strips of bacon
10" saute pan
preheat oven to 350'

Season asparagus with salt, pepper, garlic powder and a splash of balsamic vinegar then par cook asparagus [they should still be a bit crisp and a bright green color] and remove from pan.

cook bacon and remove from pan, add 1 tbsp of olive oil to the pan then add your potato [the potato should be cut into 1/8th" slices].
Cook the potatoes on both sides. Once they are tender spread into an even layer on the bottom of the pan.
This will form a crust once the Fritata is finished.

Go ahead and add the scrammbled eggs ontop of the potatoes with some salt and pepper to taste and top it with the remaining ingredients and let cook on medium low for 2-3 min. After that turn your preheated oven to broil and immediately put pan under broiler. This should take another 2-3min [until cooked and a bit puffy.] Remove and serve. I love it with hot sauce.

Level of Difficulty on a scale of 1-5 is a 2. Several parts but easy to make.

Time - 30 mins

LIKE - using your on-hand ingredients

DisLike - burning my hand on the pan from the oven.

The great thing about a Fritata is you can add any ingredients you like or have on-hand. Leave a comment and let me know how your turns out.
Happy cooking !
Your Gay Husband
