I have noticed something interesting about getting more for less. 2 weeks before a holiday and 1 week after a holiday are the best time to get the best deals, NOT the week of a holiday. The signs and ads are always bigger for the week of the holiday but the prices are usually much higher. A good money saving tip is to by in depth those items that you can freeze or are nonperishable. As for produce, make sure to buy enough for the entire week. Do NOT over buy or you will end up throwing away delicious produce and reducing your savings through waste. Buy your produce and plan your menu around them. So with that said there are some great savings out there this week.
